- Any modification or cancellation of your accommodation must be informed to the Organizing Agency in writing to cialacibu2021@bcocongresos.com
- Changes to the name will be free and will always depend on the availability of the hotel.
- Cancellations or reductions of nights up to 40 days before the congress (October 18, 2021) will be free.
- From October 19, 2021, cancellations or reductions of nights will not have a refund.
- In case of cancellation of the congress by the organization due to force majeure, there will be a full refund of the reservation.
- Refunds will incur a 2% administrative fee.
